Action Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice:
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:
a. Removal: We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
b. Notice to User: We will notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content, providing them with a copy of the DMCA notice and the information they need to file a counter-notice if they believe their content was wrongly removed.
Counter-Notice:
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:

Review and Restoration:
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will review the notice and may reinstate the removed content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the content on our website.
